I tried to apply on Runnet., I have no problem reading Japanese but Runnet requires a Japan address, I live on Guam. How can I apply?
Hmm, I'll see if there is a way now that you can apply. The mail-in period is over I think. The marathon has a Facebook page. You might try and ask there in the meantime. Also, runnet says they allow people with addresses outside Japan in certain cases. You might have to email/call them if you can't use the online forms.

You can make a new account on Runnet using the address of a friend or family living in Japan. You can then apply for the race that way.
